Gilbert Tercero

With nearly a decade of civil engineering experience in the greater Los Angeles area, Gilbert is passionate about the built environment and especially enjoys watching community-serving projects come to life. Prior to joining PCSD, he served as a project manager for D&D Engineering, where he contributed to notable projects such as the City of Inglewood’s Hollywood Park Development, the Clippers’ Arena, and the SoFi Stadium. Gilbert is a Southern California native who enjoys hunting for shells at the beach with his daughters, cooking for friends and family, and finding quiet moments to read.
Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California San Diego, specializing in Civil Structures.
