Project Overview

WCSD partnered with Summit Public Schools to create a combined middle and high school campus in West Seattle. The Summit Atlas campus project consisted of two phases: the renovation of an existing building into a 300-seat middle school facility for grades 6-8, and the construction of a new two-story extension housing a 400-student high school for grades 9-12.

Phase I of the Summit Atlas campus was completed in 2017, and Phase II was completed in 2018. The campus includes several large open learning areas as well as smaller seminar classrooms, administrative offices, and a heat-and-serve kitchen.
