Project Overview
TCSD is partnering with Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success (RYSS) on their expansion in Houston. We are developing three facility projects in Pasadena, Aldine, and Humble.
We worked with RYSS on Phase I of their Pasadena campus which required obtaining their Certificate of Occupancy to move in to a pre-existing early childhood center that the school has taken over. We will be developing the site to accommodate a full elementary campus that will be delivered by fall 2024. The improved site will encompass PreK-8th grade with classrooms to accommodate approximately 760 students, with two Libraries, STEM and Science Labs, and a large gymnasium, and a performance auditorium.
