KIPP Northern California’s goal is to develop the KIPP University Park campus in three phases with the eventual goal of growing the school to serve 1,033 students in K-8. The full campus will be around 76,000 square feet and will include separate elementary and middle school buildings with classrooms and administration, a gymnasium with music classroom and food servery, a multipurpose room, outdoor playground and recreation space, and onsite parking and school drop off.

Phase I of the project was delivered and included construction of a temporary facility of approximately 6,000 sqft with 6 modular classrooms, 1 modular bathroom, outdoor playspace, and onsite parking and drop off. The facility will serve about 110 middle school students.
