Project Overview

PCSD acquired and renovated an 82,000 square foot three-story commercial retail building in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles to create a new campus for KIPP Endeavor College Preparatory (KIPP ECP) in 2017. KIPP ECP was previously located across three separate campuses, and this new site provided space for 650 KIPP ECP students in grades K-8, enabling the school to consolidate all grades into a single location for the first time. 

The renovated facility includes 20 classrooms, a multi-purpose space, servery, teacher collaboration room, administrative office space, and separate play areas for kindergarten and higher grades. The building is shared with another charter school who occupied part of the building before the renovation.
