Project Overview
PCSD completed a new campus for KIPP Comienza Community Prep in 2018. Located in Huntington Park, KIPP Comienza is an elementary school serving 565 students in grades K-4 and part of KIPP SoCal Public Schools.
With a bright, tricolor exterior, the 37,500 square-foot school facility has spacious classrooms and wide hallways with high ceilings. There are two large outdoor play areas which are covered in tents to provide students shaded areas for recreation.
