Project Overview
PCSD managed the acquisition, entitlements, design, and construction of this new facility for Green Dot Public Schools. The site, located in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, serves as a permanent home for Ánimo Ellen Ochoa Charter Middle School, enrolling 600 students in grades 6-8.
The new facility, completed in 2018, includes an educational building, parking lot, and outdoor play area. There are 28 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, and administrative office space.
