Project Overview
PCSD redeveloped this former two-story strip mall in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles into a permanent home for Equitas Academy #2 which opened in September 2015.
The 23,600 square-foot building is a two-story shell constructed in 2009. The facility has 15 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, an administration space, a small outdoor space, and underground parking. The site is easily accessible via public transportation. The front of the building has a green and white facade with exterior stairways opening to an enclosed outdoor play area.
