Project Overview

PCSD partnered with El Sol Academy to re-develop their existing school site in Santa Ana, CA. The property, leased from the Santa Ana Unified School District, previously consisted of a dilapidated two-story building as well as portable classrooms and a converted residential home. Planned in two phases, this project replaced portables with two-story classroom buildings, increased playspace, and expanded the site as a permanent home for El Sol Santa Ana Science and Arts Academy.

Phase I of the project was completed in 2013, and created a two-story modular facility for 300 students in grades 3-5.
