Project Overview

PCSD partnered with Education for Change on Achieve Academy, a TK-5 school located on an Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) campus. The project includes three phases over two years. Phase I included roof renovations and HVAC upgrades. Phase II focused on renovating all 14 classrooms and breakout spaces in Building A, updating bathrooms, reconfiguring and updating the administrative offices, fire alarm replacement, lighting upgrades, AV equipment upgrades, installation of a security system, and repainting the interior and exterior. Additionally, a new TK-1 playground was installed.
