Project Overview
PCSD partnered with Ednovate, to acquire and expand their existing school site in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. The site serves as a permanent home for East College Prep, a high school enrolling 460 students in grades 9-12.
The project was completed in 2019, and involved adding a new three-story building to the existing campus to create a flexible educational space for Ednovate’s small-group learning curriculum. The project also includes small group learning areas, science classrooms, a teacher’s lounge, and ground-level parking.
