Project Overview
PCSD worked with Camino Nuevo Charter Academy (CNCA) to create this campus near downtown Los Angeles. CNCA’s Kayne Siart (formerly known as Harvard) school had previously operated for ten years in a rented facility. Built on a former motel site, the PCSD-developed campus accommodates more than 650 students in grades K-8.
CNCA’s Kayne Siart campus opened in 2015. The campus consists of two main modular buildings with 31 classrooms, as well as a counseling center, faculty lounge, and multi-purpose room with a warming kitchen. The site includes separate outdoor play areas for kindergarten, elementary, and middle school grades.
