Project Overview

TCSD is partnering with Bloom Academy Charter School to purchase the building from another nonprofit developer, make additional tenant improvements to reach 22 full-use classrooms, and lease the property to the school until they are able to purchase it from us within 5 years. The improvements are part of phase III of the development of this property which, upon completion, will result in 22 classrooms, a gymnasium, a cafeteria, and admin and office spaces for the school. The final building is scheduled to be delivered in summer 2024.
