Project Overview

PCSD collaborated with Aspire Public Schools to revitalize the Berkley Maynard Academy situated in Oakland’s Paradise Park area. The school is located on a site owned by the Oakland Unified School District. The undertaking encompassed a refresh of the campus. It entailed enhancements across various essential systems, including installing a new fire alarm, clock PA system, door hardware, and renovating all the campus restrooms to meet ADA compliance in the main ~50K sqft building. Additionally, the existing modular classrooms were replaced with three new modular classroom buildings. The main play area was graded and all the striping was refreshed.
