Project Overview
PCSD partnered with Alliance College-Ready Public Schools to develop a former commercial site in South Los Angeles into a facility for Alliance Piera Barbaglia Shaheen Health Services Academy.
Completed in 2017, the new site allowed the school to expand its enrollment to 600 students in grades 9-12 with 16 classrooms, a cafeteria, and science labs. The innovative building design deploys a green, orange, blue, and white color scheme for both the building exterior and the tiles in the cafeteria.
