Delphine Sherman

Executive Vice President and CFO, BRIDGE Housing

Delphine Sherman has extensive leadership experience in areas such as financial planning and analysis, risk management, accounting, audit, treasury and capital projects. Delphine is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BRIDGE Housing, a non-profit affordable housing developer with 13,000 units under management. Delphine previously was the CFO for the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, a top public business school with $160 million in annual revenues and a $350 million endowment. Prior to Haas, she served as the CFO of Aspire Public Schools, a nonprofit charter management organization serving 16,000 students in low-income communities. Delphine managed a budget of $240 million and led a team of 35 staff across multiple functions. During her nine-year tenure at Aspire, Delphine also worked as the organization’s Vice President of Finance and Director of Finance. She holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. She lives in Berkeley with her husband and three boys.
