Project Overview

PCSD developed this new school campus for USC Hybrid High, Ednovate’s first school in Los Angeles. Developed by the USC Rossier School of Education, the school offers a technology-hybrid learning model for students in grades 9-12.

Located near USC and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the USC Hybrid High campus was completed in 2018. PCSD assembled several parcels of commercial and residential uses for the project, and built a new two-story facility with 20 classrooms and a total capacity of 490 students. The building also includes a multi-level atrium presentation space, teachers’ lounge and workspaces, administrative offices, and an elevated sports area.
