Project Overview
PCSD managed the planning and construction of this new campus for Stella Middle Charter Academy, operated by Bright Star Schools in South Los Angeles. The facility accommodates 500 students in grades 6-8.
The three-story school was completed in 2020 and is co-located on a site leased from an adjacent church. In addition to 21 classrooms, the campus also includes a gymnasium and outdoor exercise play area with a synthetic turf playing field. The administration offices are on the ground floor, opening into the play area and creating open access for families and students.
