Chris Chorebanian

Director of Finance

Chris was born and raised in Los Angeles and has been involved in real estate and finance for over 10 years. For the last five years, Chris has worked as an entrepreneur to build a startup real estate development company focused on commercial and multifamily real estate projects in Los Angeles. During this time, he was also a New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) consultant primarily working with the LA Development Fund (LADF), the municipal CDE of the City of Los Angeles. Prior to consulting for LADF, he was a tax credit associate at LADF responsible for the underwriting, closing, asset management, and compliance of its NMTC transactions.

Chris has a B.S. in Accounting from USC and a Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance from Cornell University.

Chris was previously a vegan and marathon runner, but currently spends most of his free time with his niece and nephew, watching Dodgers games, and taking on the occasional DIY project. Chris also enjoys volunteer work. He has served as a Board member of Glendale Beautiful for eight years and has chaired Glendale’s annual Arbor Day event for the past six years.
