Description: The 4.3 acre site will provide segregated open space and parking for each school. This is a phased development. Upon acquisition, one Alliance High School with another high school as temporary subtenant. Phase I construction will create a home for a full Alliance Middle School and Phase II construction will create a second high school. Following acquisition, nominal upgrades to the existing buildings were made for August 2009 occupancy. The Campus has 23 classrooms, ample administrative space, and assembly areas. Phase I expansion will include the development of a 24-classroom building with subterranean parking for a 400 seat charter middle school.
