The facility has 15 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, administration space, a small outdoor space and underground parking. The site is easily accessible via public transportation.
Equitas Academy opened its first elementary school in 2009, which is located in a permanent school facility built by PCSD in the Pico Union neighborhood of Los Angeles.
